Article 1. Appropriateness
1.1 The terms and conditions apply for all products which are found on http://www.rica.nl/catalog .
1.2 Deviations to the general terms and conditions are possible which will be committed in writing by Rica engineering.
1.3 Placement of an order means that you are committing to the terms and conditions of rica engineering.
1.4 Rica Engineering is not responsible for possible (premature) price alterations. Possible typographic or other errors found or experienced on our website or shop do not guarantee delivery of products.

Article 2. Establishment of the agreement (and termination)
2.1 An agreement with rica.nl is established at the moment that an order confirmation has been sent by email to the email address which has been supplied by the customer. No distinction will be made between orders placed through our website/shop or orders placed by phone.
2.2 The customer has the right to undo the bargain within 24 hours after date of order by means of sending an email to info@rica.nl.
2.3 The product can be returned within seven days from date of invoice, with original packaging and no damaging. We will deduct administration costs (up to a maximum of 10% of the invoice price). The remainder will be refund to the buyer.

Article 3. Prices, products, special offers
3.1 All prices at www.rica.nl are in euros en including VAT, but excluding waste disposal fee and shipping costs.
3.2 Products (and special offers) are available (valid) as long as stock lasts.
3.3 Products remain property of rica.nl until payments have been fulfilled by the customer.

Article 4. Payment
4.1 Payments at rica.nl can be done by means of:
- Cash (direct pickup)
- Pin payments(direct pickup)
- Paypal payments (UPS shipment) - Ideal payments (UPS shipment)
4.2 Shipping costs and costs for Cash on delivery will be billed to the customer:
- All products will be shipped by United Parcel Service.

Article 5. Delivery and delivery time
5.1 Orders will be shipped as soon as possible. Rica.nl is striving for delivery within one week after order placement.
5.2 In case of direct pickup by the customer the shipment risk has been turned to the customer.

Article 6. Returning products
6.1 The product can be returned within seven days after purchase ( see article 2.3 )
6.2 Repayment of a returned product will be done within ten days..
6.3 Return is only possible with an original invoice.

Article 7. Guarantee and responsibility
7.1 We grant the same guarantee on products as is given to us by the supplier of the product. After granting of the damage by us, it is our choice how the loss will be recovered. This can be recovering of the damage, replacement of parts or replacement of the damaged product.
7.2 In case of recovery of damage which cannot be traced back to guarantee, the costs will be fully charged to the customer.
7.3 Rica.nl is never bound to claim compensations (in any form) from the customer unless in cases of excessive or deliberately faults at the side of rica.nl
7.4 When rica.nl for any reasons needs to reimburse for damage then this amount will never be higher than the invoice value of the product.
7.5 In the following cases there will not be given any warranty:
- If the product exhibits normal signs of wear.
- if the original invoice has been lost, has been changed, become unreadable or deliberate has been made unreadable.
- If shortcomings are the result of improper usage.
- If damage is the result of deliberately intention, negligence, or overdue maintenance.
